Sort Tab |
The Sort tab, located in the Database Connection Setup dialog, allows you to specify the order in which records will print when reading from ODBC or OLE DB data sources.
Available Fields. Lists all fields available for sorting in the selected database.
Sort Fields. Lists fields in the order that they will be sorted when
Add. Adds the selected field from Available Fields and moves it into the Sort Fields list. You can only select one field at a time.
Remove. Removes the selected field from Sort Fields to Available Fields.
Remove All. Removes all fields in Sort Fields to Available Fields.
Sort Direction. Defines the sort order direction: Ascending or Descending.
