A bitmap is an image or picture composed of individual dots. A number of specific bitmap standards have been developed to allow the transfer of bitmaps from one program to another. In addition to its other functions, the Paste command can be used to place bitmaps created in other Windows programs into a template. See Supported Image Formats for a complete list of all supported image formats.
To paste a bitmap into a template
Run the Windows program that was used (or is to be used) to create your bitmap image.
Load or create the image.
Select the image and copy it to the clipboard.
Exit or minimize the program.
Run
Select Paste from the Edit menu to insert the image onto your template. Alternatively, select the icon on the main toolbar.
