Using the BarTender Interface

BarTender's main user interface contains menus, toolbars, and design areas to help you design and customize your items and data entry forms. You will be working in one of two views:

• The template design view lets you view and design your items, so that you can print them exactly as you see them on the screen.

• The data entry form lets you customize a form that will prompt users for data to insert into your items at print-time.

There are a number of ways you can switch between these two views:

• Select the desired view from the View menu.

• Select the desired tab located just above the status bar.

• Press F7 on your keyboard to switch to Template Design View; press F8 to switch to the Data Entry Form.
