Print Preview |
The Print Preview mode, accessible from the File menu or by selecting the 
icon on the main toolbar, allows you to view your print job exactly as it will print on your items. This allows you to view all of the items on a single page of stock; the items displayed will show processed VB Scripts, data pulled from a connected database, and the number of copies or serial numbers that print.

To view a preview of your print job, press Ctrl+R on your keyboard. |
A special toolbar is provided while in print preview mode:
Executes the
Enables you to view more than one page of the print job at a time.
Magnifies the preview by the percentage of the currently specified zoom factor.
Demagnifies the preview by the percentage of the currently specified zoom factor.
Activates the zoom tool, which magnifies the selected portion of the print preview.
Returns the preview zoom factor to its default value.
Close Returns to
The Navigation Bar allows you to quickly navigate through the pages of the print job. Use the 
and 
buttons (or the Tab and Shift+Tab keys) to page through the print job. Use the 
and 
buttons to jump to the first and last pages, respectively, of the print job. To move immediately to a particular page, enter the page number in the text box.
