Error Correction (Han Xin Code) |
The Han Xin Code symbology supports 4 levels of error correction, with level 1 being the least thorough and level 4 being the most. These levels are defined in terms of percentage of codewords in the barcode that can be corrected if damaged. The levels are:
Level 1. 8% of codewords can be restored.
Level 2. 15% of codewords can be restored.
Level 3. 23% of codewords can be restored.
Level 4. 30% of codewords can be restored.
